Chef Bülent ŞAHİN
Born in 1974, Turkish chef Bülent Şahin is among today’s most renowned chefs. He founded his own company, OZZY Bar & Restaurant, in 2024. Born in Aydın, Turkey, he spent his childhood on a farm and, following his education, worked as an à la carte chef in Italy, Austria, Romania, and Bulgaria.
Chef Bülent deserves to be a star of the gastronomic scene with his extraordinary interpretations of flavors that blend tradition and modernity, and his approach that values nature and humanity. His success story, from humble beginnings to the top, is also a great source of inspiration for many young food enthusiasts, helping them realize their dreams.
